Hosting weddings and receptions seven days per week, the Quarry showcases its natural beauty and is the quintessential outdoor wedding location in the Charlotte, Mooresville/Lake Norman and surrounding area.
Located in Mooresville, North Carolina, the Quarry at Carrigan Farms hosts outdoor weddings from March through November. Fed by a natural underground spring, the Quarry holds ten million gallons of water used for swimming and irrigation purposes.
The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is described by many as a piece of "Heaven on Earth." Quarry visitors marvel over the perfect ambiance, which blends mountain and beach vistas. Its natural granite walls define the private location and rise to 70 feet. The Quarry’s curving boardwalk, filtering into a white sugar-sand beach, is reminiscent of time-honored beach style. The large covered pavilion and beautiful grassy area are the definition of charm. The deep blue water and massive granite walls combine to form an incredible wedding backdrop.
Carrigan Farms is a real, working farm, which specializes in growing only the finest fruits and vegetables. Depending on the time of year, you will find strawberries, asparagus, lettuce, apples, pumpkins and vegetables. Almost all the produce is sold at the farm or served to you at our catered events.
Our catering team ensures you will experience a complete farm fresh meal from start to finish. Our field-to-table approach allows only the best quality, in season, foods for your special events.
