Today's Harvest Farm is dedicated to providing you with tasty, farm fresh vegetables.
We believe in growing tasty and nutritious vegetables that are to be sold and eaten right away.
That means our corn is sweeter, and our tomatoes have a more tender skin and that good, old fashion rich tomato taste. Selling directly to you, we don't have to grow vegetables that "ship well", and are usually picked green.
The Jordan family has been farming this land for more than 55 years.
Paul Jordan had a very large potato farm in the early 1950s, and farmed the land with his three sons, Jimmy, Phillip and Harold.
About 40 years ago, Harold began selling sweet corn by the side of the road.
Today, Harold's son, Tom Jordan and his wife, Lisa, farm 550 acres of row crops (corn and soybeans), 30 acres of sweet corn, 15 acres of other vegetables and pumpkins, and 6 acres of peach and apple trees.
We are proud to be a family farm, and everyone pitches in. Together, they organize, plan, plant, trim, harvest, and work at the market. Lisa and our two daughters Becky and Elizabeth also work in the field, sometimes planting, sometimes driving the highboy and helping with the harvest. Everyone works in the greenhouse tending starter plants and mums, watering and fertilizing, and selling in the market.
CORN MAZE:
Our maze for 2015 was themed The Big Bang Theory, brought to you by FOX45.. . In 2015 you navigated the miles of maze to see if you can collect the 18 hidden checkpoints and stumble upon the 6 hidden FSI checkpoints! If you can successfully find all 24 checkpoints be rewarded with a free cider slushy or a warm coffee, hot chocolate or cider on us.
We're proud to announce that again this year part of the proceeds from the maze go to Children's Medical Center of Dayton. We have many great partners that have come together to help this great local institution continue helping area children and their families. We hope you come out and support them!
In addition to the corn maze, you can:
◾Let the kids loose on the new train play area
◾Play corn hole, putt-putt golf, or life-size checkers
◾Launch the Corn Cannon
◾Play with the kids in the rope maze or at the duck races
◾Enjoy great music and food!

Large groups or corporate outings are welcomed at the maze. Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more people. Please call us at 937-437-0166 for more information.
Although we love your furry friends... Absolutely No Pets Aloud!
Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. **All maze-goers must be out of the maze by 10pm.
Sunday: Noon-6 p.m. (Must be out of the maze by 6pm)
Weekday maze outings are perfect for groups, school fieldtrips, and special occasions by appointment! **Must have a large group to make an appointment on a weekday.
Ticket prices are the same as last year...
*****Ages 4 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
