The Kelseyville Pear Festival celebrates 24 years on Saturday, September 24, 2016. This is a family-focused event to showcase agritourism, history, local businesses, craftsmen and community services.
This is a fun filled day that starts off with a pancake breakfast at the Kelseyville Fire House and a renowned home town parade. Festivities include musicians, dancers and cloggers; Horse Faire demonstrations and activities; antique car, engine and tractor shows; art shows, Kid’s Town and an entire pavilion devoted to all things ‘pear.’ Pear pies and desserts always sell out early.
New this year is the Wine Tent featuring Lake County’s finest for taste testing. Food vendors and restaurants offer an array of scrumptious selections. Locally brewed beer, pear margaritas and pear shakes round out drink choices.
Stroll down Main Street and catch the small town magic.
