Skinos Ilivatos Boutique Eco Villa
The villa is characterized by its minimalistic modern design in the interior where at the same time effort was given to accomplish the out most comfort for our guests. All buildings were constructed using the principles of bio-climatic architecture. From the foundations to the interior decoration all materials used are friendly to the environment. Our farm is totally autonomous regarding electricity. Our electric supply derives from photovoltaic panels & a wind generator. All organic garbage is recycled using compost where non organic materials are gathered & transferred for recycling.
The villa can sleep 10 persons & has a basement of 200 s.m. which is used as a cellar, garage & storage.
The ground floor of 270 s.m. houses a luxurious & spacious kitchen, a large & relaxing modern living room as well as 4 bedrooms with their bathrooms. All rooms are decorated in minimalistic modern design taking great care so they will also offer luxury & comfortableness to their residents. One of the rooms & its bathroom is accordingly designed to offer comfort & access to people with special needs.
The first floor houses the master bedroom & its bathroom (65 s.m.) offering ample space. Great balconies occupy the rest of the space with breathtaking 360 degree views of the hills & the sea.
The surrounding spaces of the villa are fully planted with flowers. The swimming pool of 100 s.m. is filled with sea water & is accessible to people with special needs. There is also a tree house, built as a tribute to our childhood’s innocence & dreams, a playground & a traditional wood burning bread oven & barbeque.
