Unique and personal weddings, honeymoon and vacation getaways, and hand-crafted spa and soap products made with organic farming methods are waiting for you at Mountain Farm!
Stop by any time, or join us for our annual Lavender Festival. Visit a working farm: bottle feed kids in season, hike the trails, picnic at
the pond, or sit in a chair in the lavender field and just inhale. Please call ahead. (828)675-4856.
Our small herd, hormone and antibiotic free, includes registered Saanen, and Nubian goats. Their fresh milk is collected each morning and then goes into the handcrafted soaps we make right
here on the farm.
A variety of heavenly lavender blooms from June to September. We distill the essential oils of the flowers, and the soothing fragrance can be found in almost all of our artisanal bath and spa products, or culinary lavender, and it creates the natural border for the new meditation labyrinth.
From May through October you can stay in Blueberry Cottage. The beautiful and romantic cottage and the private land surrounding it
are perfect for a unique and natural wedding here at Mountain Farm.
We have been established for 36 years and have been Certified Organic and Naturally Grown for the last 10 years.
We are dedicated to preserving our land as a farm that provides safe, natural and beautiful products. We enthusiastically embrace organic environmental methods to protect these woods, pastures and streams. As the farm prospers, we will be able to increase the number of workers from our rural community.
These goals are the foundation of sustainable agriculture and the farm stewardship association.
