Chateau Morrisette is a working vineyard with over 40 acres of vines growing on the estate. Growing primarily Niagara grapes for use in sweet wines, Chateau Morrisette also produces a variety of award winning dry wines including Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The Restaurant at Chateau Morrisette serves many estate grown vegetables. Our vineyard manager and our gardner work in tandem with the chef to determine the best vegetables and herbs to plant. The vegetable garden consists of over a full acre of potatoes, collards, carrots, onions, shallots, and more. Chateau Morrisette offers wine tastings daily in our Tasting Room, tours of the cellar, and exceptional meals in our AAA-Four Diamond Restaurant.
