We are currently making Chevre, Garlic and Dill Chevre and a Fresh Feta, and a Marinated Feta. We also make two aged cheese that we made up the recipe to. Come and try your hand at making some mozzarella or some Chevre. We let you milk our goats and bottle feed the kids when they are available. We are also building our own cave to age our cheese in. We are on a dead end road so there is a real feel of the country.
Take exit 68 on I-5 and go west for about 1 mile, cross the railroad tracks and take a left onto Hwy 603. Take a Right on the first road, Pleasant Valley Rd. and then a left on Lentz Rd. The first road you come to take a left onto Rayburn Rd. and then the first road you come to take a right onto Rayburn Rd. West.... our driveway is the first one on your left.
