Homemade Cheeses made on our Kentucky farm.
All of our cheeses are made by hand in small batches using time honored methods. We use no hormones, steroids or antibiotics on the farm. Our cheese is made from fresh cow's milk, culture, salt, then aged for a minimum of 60 days. Every aspect of creating the cheese is done on our small farm in Windsor, Kentucky (in Russell County). Free tours are available to see cows, milking, and a cheese making operation.
