Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company
Il Fiorello is a small, family-owned company dedicated to growing and milling the finest quality artisan olive oil from our own groves. Our properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, a still-rural area where creek-side soils allow good drainage for the trees.
The name Il Fiorello means “little flower” in Italian, the language of Ann's ancestors. She chose the name for the tiny, white flowers on the olive trees, each of which will become a delicious olive for milling into our ultra premium oil.
Our visitor center is open daily from 1:00 to 5:00pm. We offer tastings of our products as well several outstanding local wines by the glass and bottle. Tours of our mill can be arranged by appointment.
