ANNUAL LAVENDER HARVEST CELEBRATION
Our annual Lavender Harvest Celebration will take place this year on June 1 & 2, 2013, one week earlier than usual because of the unusually warm winter. It should be a large gathering again this year after having 250 people last year and many eager to return. We will have the band again, a box lunch, and a free bundle of lavender for everyone who comes out to help us with the harvest. There will be plenty of parking space and restrooms will be provided around the site. Please bring your own garden shears or scissors to help cut the lavender!
In order to partly defray the cost of meeting County requirements for such a large group activity, we will collect a $15.00 entry donation for the first time this year. The harvest begins at 9:00 am; lunch is available at 1:45 pm. Please check out the Lavender section of our web site and Bluebird Hill Farm facebook page to see more about our harvest.
Please be sure to email us at Norma Burns, firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your invitation. You will be asked to select the day you wish to attend and RSVP with the number of guests you will have in your group.
We look forward to seeing you this year!
